First Choice has been named as the official travel industry partner of Red Nose Day 2007.
The agency’s shops will be raising donations from its foreign exchange bureaux throughout February and March.
Red Nose Day point of sale material will be put up in shops and staff will be encouraged to set up local fund raising events.
The company’s website will have a dedicated Red Nose Day page for online customers to donate, while the in-store radio station will also take part in with a ‘Joke of the Day’ feature.
A Red Nose Day film will also be shown on the company’s short and mid-haul fights with cabin crew collecting donations.
Head of marketing services Emma Waddell said the firm would accept donations from industry partners.
Red Nose day is on Friday March 16.
