Retail agencies Enjoy Holidays and Bud-jet Flights are to merge.
Watford-based Bud-jet Flights will be re-branded Enjoy Holidays, with its founder Richard Goates becoming a director of the enlarged company.
Enjoy Holidays has three shops in Buckinghamshire. Its managing director Richard Findlay retains his position.
No job losses amongst counter staff are envisaged.
Goates said the two company’s have merge because they both have a focus on customer service.
