Cadogan Holidays has added the first consultants to its Southampton-based sales team to have graduated from a new training programme.
The six new recruits have gone through its six-week ‘little things make a big difference’ training programme the operator has brought in.
This covers four sections including product knowledge and company history and booking systems, with tests taken at the end of each in which trainees must gain a minimum pass rate of 70%.
Cadogan Holidays learning and development manager Lisa Curtis said: “This new training programme, which will now be implemented for all new Cadogan recruits, has been developed to ensure that our reservations team is equipped to deal with any enquiry or situation that may be thrown at them.”
Meanwhile, Cadogan has released a new and expanded Morocco brochure offering a range of land tours including skiing, hot air ballooning, trekking in the Atlas Mountains and visits to the Ouarzazate film studios where the latest Brad Pitt Hollywood blockbuster Babel was filmed.
