Agents can now search for accommodation using several different criteria at the same time and results are returned with a thumbnail picture of the hotel and a two-line summary. There is also a ‘shortlist’ option that enables agents to group together details of up to six different hotels to show to a client.
Commercial manager Ian Ackland said: “It was clear that agents needed more flexibility when it comes to searching for, and showing clients, what is available.”
The re-launch is being backed by a trade promotion featuring a competition where agents can win free concert tickets.
