PREMIER Holidays is planning to increase sales to the Isle of Man by a third following a strong performance in 1999.
The operator claimed business to the island increased by 69% last year after introducing self-drive and accommodation-only options along with departures from Ireland.
Deputy managing director Susan Papworth said:”The introduction of the ferry option completed our programme to the Isle of Man and we are delighted with the results.”
Flights from Heathrow and Luton have been added along with ferry crossings from Liverpool and Heysham.

Prices lead in at £79 per person for one night at the Adelphi Hotel in Douglas with sea travel.
