Longwood Holidays has expanded its North African portfolio with the launch of a Morocco programme.
The programme features 18 four-star and above hotels in Marrakesh and Agadir. These will initially be sold as accommodation-only on the operator’s website.
Marketing manager Tara Bradberry said although the programme will only be bookable online at first, there are proposals to include the Morocco offering in a future brochure.
She added: “We haven’t set any sales targets yet as we’re new to the accommodation-only market since we’ve been mainly selling packages.
“However, we’ve been keeping an eye on what’s been going on in Morocco and it looks like there’s going to be a lot of big brand hotels opening.”
Prices lead in at £329 for three nights’ bed-and-breakfast accommodation at the five star Kenzi Farah in Marrakesh.
