Travel Weekly lifetime vice-president Trevor Harding has joined the board of Southall Travel as a director.
The former Travel Weekly managing director, who stepped down at the end of September last year, has already been appointed to two non-executive directorships with Hills Balfour Synergy and C & M Recruitment.
He has accepted the role as Southall Travel, which is both a travel agent and tour operator, moves its head offices from Southall to Iver in Buckinghamshire.
Southall Travel managing director Kuljinder Singh said: “With Southall Travel on target to complete another record year, we wish actively take our business to the next level. Trevor with his vast skills, experience and contacts fits the bill perfectly for this.”
Harding added: “Southall Travel has shown phenomenal growth in the past few years and has very exciting plans for the future. Accordingly I had no hesitation in accepting this position in a vibrant, highly successful and financially strong company.”
