Advantage has increased its preferred hotel partners to fifteen after its hotel business grew 20% last year.
COMO Hotels & Resorts and Jurys Inn Hotel group are working with Advantage and its international partner WIN (Worldwide Independent Travel Network) for the first time.
COMO business travel and e-commerce account director Elliott Miller said: “We see Advantage Travel Centres and the WIN group as a cost effective way to reach over 6,000 independent travel agents worldwide. It is a great opportunity for COMO to raise their profile significantly in the hard to reach independent sector.”
Meanwhile, the number of hotels who offer incentives to Advange members is now 12,000 worldwide. The hotel directory now includes more than 5,000 hotels with a further 13,000 available through the GDS. It includes groups such as Intercontinental and Accor as well as smaller boutique chains such as Small Luxury Hotels of the World.
Director of Business Travel for Advantage Norman Gage said: “A number of members earned well over £1,500 from hotel incentives in 2007, and the addition of Wyndham Hotels portfolio offers our members an even greater earning opportunity in 2008.”
