FLORIDA VACATIONS DISCOUNTS VILLA STAYS
Florida Vacations has cut the prices of its villa stays over the Christmas period by up to a third. The cost of renting a four-bedroom home for one week at Manasota Key on Florida’s west coast is reduced from £2,485 to £1,695 for up to eight people.
THOMAS COOK ADDS THREE US SELF-DRIVES
Thomas Cook’s American programme for 2000 has introduced three new pre-planned self-drive itineraries. They include Western Values, Pacific Northwest Wonders and American Canyon Country tours. Flydrive prices, including car, start from £289 for a week during the January 1-April 8 period.
VIRGIN HOLIDAYS ADDS NEW FLORIDA PACKAGES
Virgin Holidays is featuring seven and 14-night packages combining stays in Florida with short cruises aboard Carnival Cruise Lines ships. One-week prices start at £699 for three nights at the Diplomat Resort, Orlando, and a four-night cruise on the Fantasy from Port Canaveral to the Bahamas. It includes flights with Virgin Atlantic.
