Advantage starts national advertising campaign

Advantage has launched a national advertising campaign to increase bookings for its specialist cruise agents.

The consortium has run its first advertisement in Good Housekeeping’s July issue to market agents who have signed up to Advantage’s specialist group to sell more cruise holidays.

There are also winter sports and luxury groups, which have been set up for agents who want to specialise in those areas. They offer training opportunities as well as access to exclusive deals.

Commercial director Julia Lo Bue-Said said: “It’s the first time we have done this ourselves in a major publication and it’s the kind of thing we will be doing more of to get the Advantage brand more recognised. If successful we will look at doing more things like this.”

The advertisement offers consumers £100 on board credit and directs consumers to agents in Advantage’s specialist cruise group.
