COSMOS chairman Roger Corkhill has stepped down after 14 years with the company, as exclusively revealed by Travel Weekly in May.
Corkhill is the last of the former Cosmos management team and took over as chairman in March when managing director Nigel Wright was appointed.
Corkhill is expected to assist initially with the development of marketing and promotions company Mottcombe Lowndes, set up two years ago.
Cosmos has completed the restructure of its board by appointing Magic Travel Group overseas director Andy Claridge to the newly created post of customer delivery director.
In sales, Florin Travel business development manager Emma Phipps joins as sales promotions manager, and Unijet promotions executive for marketing Louise Fox becomes key account manager. Both report to national sales manager Lynne Brocklesby.
