Voyages to Antiquity has appointed Richard Tarrant as head of marketing.

Tarrant joins the small-ship cruise line after previously working for Titan Travel as head of marketing communications and offline marketing manager. Prior to joining Titan, Tarrant worked for Kuoni and has more than 20 years’ marketing experience.

He joined the team in early July and will report to managing director Jos Dewing.

Dewing said: “I’m thrilled to welcome Richard to the Voyages to Antiquity team.

“His impressive track record in working with household names within the travel sector brings valuable experience to our business.

“It is an extremely exciting time at Voyages to Antiquity with our first Cuba and Caribbean season about to start, followed by the new 2018 programme launch.”

Tarrant’s role will encompass the cruise line’s trade and consumer marketing and he will work closely with Michelle Daniels, head of commercial.
