Dubrovnik coast added as Cook expands Croatia programme

Package holidays and flight-only deals to the Dubrovnik coast are to be offered by Thomas Cook for next summer in an expanded Croatia programme.

Flights will operate twice a week from Manchester with Thomas Cook Airlines from May.

Eight hotels are featured around the Adriatic city with holidays going on sale tomorrow (Thursday).

Thomas Cook is also increasing capacity to Split for summer 2018 with the introduction of two flights from Gatwick and an additional flight from Manchester. Further options from Bristol and Glasgow are also available.

Thomas Cook UK managing director Chris Mottershead said: “We introduced Croatia for the first time this summer and the variety it offers has been extremely popular with holidaymakers.

“To meet this growing demand we are delighted to not only be introducing package holidays to the Dubrovnik coast next summer, but we are also increasing our capacity into Split by over 40%.”

Thomas Cook Airlines chief airlines officer Christoph Debus added: “The short flight time to Croatia makes it the perfect destination for both a long weekend break as well as a main summer holiday.

“Our new flights into Dubrovnik mean customers will now be able to explore a new area of this beautiful country, as well as travel from more UK airports with the introduction of flights to Split from London Gatwick and an additional one from Manchester.”
