FREGATA Travel is launching a two-night city break to Moscow, based on the theme of spying.
On day one of the Spying Game break clients visit the KGBmuseum, the Kremlin and the Lubyanka, the ex-headquarters of the KGB.
On day two, clients follow clues on a trail around Moscow, pursued by actors playing the part of Russian intelligence.
Product manager Jeremy Anderson explained: “You are all given cameras and have various tasks to carry out. For example, you have to take a photo of a Karl Marx statue in the metro. Then you must meet someone in a raincoat reading the newspaper Pravda, who gives you a password to meet the next contact.
“The first person back wins a Russian flask of vodka martini.”
The two-night break costs around £799, including five-star accommodation and British Airways flights. The operator is offering two departures, both over Bank Holiday weekends, on May 26-28 and August 25-27.
