THE IMAGINATIVE Traveller has introduced the Caribbean to its South and Central America programme for 2000.
It is featuring six fully escorted tours ranging from an 11-night trip through Cuba to a 50-night island hopper from one end of the Caribbean to the other.
Also included is a 27-night Hispanic Caribbean trip taking in Jamaica, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Haiti and Puerto Rico.
It costs £1,700 including flights and room-only accommodation.
The adventure specialist is continuing to expand its 2000 programme and has added seven single or multi-centre tours featuring Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay, Argentina and Brazil.
Brennecke said a 10% drop in flight prices to the region has made South America as accessible as more traditional adventure holiday destinations of Southeast Asia and Africa.
