Mary McKenna, managing director of Tour America/Cruise Holidays, has been shortlisted for an entrepreneur of the year award in Ireland.
She is one of 24 individuals whose companies employ more than 2,700 staff and generate annual revenues of €150 million.
Shortlisted from more than 110 nominations received from across Ireland, the finalists will join more than 70 for a week of executive education and corporate insights in Oxford and London in May.
McKenna features as an international category finalist, with the overall 2018 entrepreneur of the award to be announced in Dublin in October.
The overall winner of the Ernst & Young programme, designed to support, promote and connect Ireland’s entrepreneur community, will go on to represent the country at the World Entrepreneur of the Year awards in Monaco in June 2019.
