Travel agents will be tested on their knowledge of Los Angeles in a Mastermind-style quiz to win flights.
Air New Zealand is tour the UK with the Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board to run the competition.
The contest celebrates the airline’s recently released ‘a better way to fly’ campaign that focuses on its direct Heathrow to Los Angeles route and showcases its premium service.
The tour will visit agents in Brighton, Dorking, London, Chester/Liverpool, Oxford, Preston, Witney and Bristol.
The quiz will involve agents having one minute to answer as many questions as they possibly can about the airline and destination, before moving onto their chosen specialist subject.
The person or team to answer the most questions in the allocated time win a spot prize, and all participants will have a chance to win a pair of return economy tickets to Los Angeles.
Each agent will be supplied with LATCB’s new online training modules, L.A. Insider, ahead of the quiz.
The airline is also running an incentive for bookings made by June 30.
