Advantage members will learn about the benefits of ‘agency swaps’ at the consortium’s conference in September.
Darren Phillips Travel director Darren Phillips and Traveltime World owner Jacqui Steadman will share their experience of exchanging businesses for a day.
Members will also hear about the process of obtaining an ATOL licence from Holiday Travel director Steve Allerston, while Aspen Travel manager Karen Allen will speak about her experience of building a web presence.
These talks will form part of the Sharing Best Practice session at the conference, which takes place at the Radisson Edwardian at Heathrow on September 18-20.
Advantage sales and marketing director Colin O’Neill said: “This session at last year’s conference was really popular, scoring 87% good or excellent ratings from delegates. We also plan a similar session for business travel members attending the conference.”
