The founder of specialist operator Africa & Beyond is handing over the reins of the business after more than a decade.
Richard Russell is to become chairman of the company, with sales director Jamie Taylor and operations director Sue Foster taking charge.
He said: “I have decided to move away from the ‘shop front’ to take a step back and become the company’s chairman.
“I am delighted that I can now leave the day-to-day management of the company under the leadership of Jamie Taylor, sales director, and Sue Foster, operations director, both of whom have been with the company for many years.
“They have both been instrumental in getting the company to where it is now and will continue to work towards growing and expanding the business.
“I am really looking forward to my new challenge as chairman of Africa & Beyond, which will involve training and networking, and continuing to help build the company that I am extremely proud of.
“The whole team really look forward to progressing our great relationships with existing agents and forging new ones with new agents.”
