Jet2holidays has announced its biggest ever winter sun programme for winter 2019/20.
It includes a 44% increase in seats to Antalya, Turkey, Almost 200,000 seats on sale to Paphos and Larnaca in Cyprus and a 25% rise in seats to Malta.
In the Canary Islands, a 10% increase in frequencies means 150 weekly services to Tenerife, Lanzarote, Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura. Almost 850,000 seats are on sale to Malaga and Alicante, in mainland Spain, a 12% capacity rise.
In the Balearic Islands, there are more than 175,000 seats on sale to Majorca, Menorca and Ibiza, a 7% capacity increase – and an extra 25,000 seats to Faro means almost 250,000 seats on sale to the Algarve, 12% more than this winter.
Overall, there will be 3.2 million winter sun seats on offer in 2019/2020, a 14% (400,000) rise on this winter.
Hotels in the operator’s packages range from two to five stars.
Chief executive Steve Heapy said: “This is our biggest and most exciting winter sun programme ever, giving independent travel agency partners across our nine UK bases even more choice and flexibility.”
