Norwegian is expanding low cost transatlantic connections from Gatwick with new flights to Tampa and increased frequency on other routes.
The twice-weekly service to Florida’s west coast increases coverage of the state this winter.
The airline runs a daily service to Fort Lauderdale, rising from three flights a week, and five flights a week to Orlando, up from three a week. This gives a total of 14 flights a week to Florida
Tampa fares start at £165 one way in economy and £519 in premium class.
At the same time, the carrier is raising the number of flights to Boston from five a week to a daily service.
Las Vegas returns to the carrier’s Gatwick network this winter with two additional weekly services.
Norwegian’s service to Buenos Aires is going up from four flights a week to a daily frequency.
Norwegian’s long-haul flights from Gatwick are operated by Boeing 787 Dreamliner with up to 344 seats in a two-class configuration.
