VisitLondon has launched a new travel trade section within its website visitlondon.com.
The new section is organised into four main headings – travel trade toolkit, London for groups, London 2012 and about us – with the aim of helping the trade crack the capital’s market.
Within these sections travel workers can access free trade publications, an image library, agent discount information and group hospitality and travel information.
Visit London interim chief executive Sally Chatterjee said: “The resources available on the new travel trade website reflect London’s place as one of the world’s leading cities, providing a first-class service for members of the travel trade.
“With a diverse range of product on offer, travel organisers are never short of choice for activities when planning their itineraries and promoting the city to domestic and overseas visitors.”
The site has been launched as Visitlondon revealed around 2.3 million Brits visited London in the first quarter of this year.
