The five-star Nobu Hotel Marbella – a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World – will double in size next year, when it opens 40 more rooms.
Located on the ‘Golden Mile’ between Marbella and Puerto Banus in Spain, the adults-only hotel opened in March 2018 and is a sister property to the Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay.
The design of these rooms will follow the same style, with a contemporary ‘white-on-white’ decor.
The hotel features a Nobu restaurant and eight other dining venues, while its dining courtyard is next to another restaurant – Dani Garcia – which has just been awarded its third Michelin Star.
The first Nobu Hotel opened in 2013 as a boutique property within Caesars Palace Las Vegas, and others have opened in the US, Spain, London, Philippines.
Nobu Hotels are in development for Barcelona, Riyadh, Los Cabos, Chicago, Toronto, Sao Paulo, Atlanta and Tel Aviv.
Hollywood star Robert De Niro is among the chain’s co-founders.
