Grand American Adventures and TrekAmerica have launched a new booking portal for agents.
The Travelopia Adventure Travel Agent Portal features product from both adventure suppliers.
The booking system gives agents access to the most up to date tour information, live availability, current tours and accommodation prices.
Portal users can make either basic or advanced searches, hold options, confirm and amend bookings with email confirmations. The system also allows access to additional product information and training materials.
Toby Baxter, international business development manager at TrekAmerica and Grand American Adventures said: “This is a completely new interface, enabling agents to make online bookings even easier than before. It’s also supported by an online booking manual as well as our team of sales representatives. The system is more efficient and straight forward, creating a user-friendly journey from start to finish.”
