Travel Leaders has acquired meetings and events business, Your Event Solutions (YES) for an undisclosed sum.
The Halifax-based MICE company was founded in 2001 and manages meetings and events for top FTSE100 and NYSE companies worldwide.
It is the latest acquisition made by Travel Leaders in the UK after it acquired Barrhead Travel last year.
Travel Leaders is the largest travel agency business in the US with more than 7,000 owned, franchised or affiliated travel agencies. It turns over around $20billion annually.
Sue Gill, founder and chief executive of YES will remain in her current role and the company will retain its brand name with no major operating changes planned.

Travel Leaders UK portfolio also includes Colletts Travel, Protravel International U.K. and Tzell U.K. and ALTOUR.
