Luke Hansford has been named as regional sales director for Wales by 

He will oversee a five-strong team of business development managers and a portfolio of more than 1,700 rental properties in the country.

Bookings for luxury properties in Wales are up 11% year-on-year with areas like Gwynedd and Anglesey are seeing growth of 38% and 15% respectively.

Demand for properties with hot tubs is also up by 39% in Pembrokeshire and 16% Ceredigion. 

Hansford first joined in 2012 as a regional manager before becoming a development manager for sister brand Hoseasons and later at Landal GreenParks UK, which is also part of parent company Awaze.
