A new Asia Pacific region boss has been named by Hogg Robinson Group.
Greg Treasure has been promoted to the role of regional managing director by the travel management company.
Based in Hong Kong, he takes overall responsibility for HRG’s operations in China, Hong Kong and Singapore, as well as managing the company’s partner network in the region.
He continues to be responsible for the day-to-day management of HRG Australia. Treasure has been Australia managing director since March 2009, having joined HRG as Hong Kong general manager four years ago.
He said: “We already have a strong regional platform and I look forward to developing it further to bring additional benefits to our clients and suppliers.”
HRG chief operating officer Kevin Ruffles said: “Throughout his four years with HRG, Greg has been instrumental in leading a number of successful initiatives in Hong Kong and Australia and I have no doubt that he will bring this expertise to the other countries in the region.
“This promotion is an acknowledgement of his extensive operations experience, his impressive proven track record within the company and most of all the respect he has gained from our clients.”
