Kirker expands India programme for 2011

Journeys on five-star luxury train Maharajas’ Express have been introduced by Kirker Holidays as part of expanded programmes to India, North Africa and the Middle East for 2011.


Three itineraries are available: Princely India and Royal India are both eight days in duration -while Classical India lasts seven days.


Each itinerary features regal suites, on board service and dining.


Kirker’s programme to the country also includes tailor-made itineraries to northern and southern India, the Himalayan Foothills, Nepal, Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
 
The newly opened five-star deluxe, 63-suite Devi Ran in northern India joins Kirker’s hotel offering in Jaipur.


Overlooking Lake Pichola in Udaipur, the new five star deluxe Leela Palace has an ESPA tented spa, pool and gym.


The Trident, set in seven acres of landscaped gardens, and the Aman New Delhi, a stylish hotel in the heart of Delhi have been introduced in the Indian capital.
 
The four-star colonial townhouse property Maison Perumal is introduced in Pondicherry in southern India.


The operator’s North Africa & Middle East brochure covers short breaks and tailor-made itineraries in Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Oman & Dubai with a range of newly introduced hotels.


The company is also offering escorted tours to North Africa and the Middle East including newly introduced nine-night Jerusalem & the Holy Land trips, seven-night Lebanon Contrasts and Roman Tunisia.
