Methodology

A selection of top-selling agents from the agencies listed below were asked to name their favourite hotels within 10 categories. These formed the shortlist for our online survey, which ran for two weeks on travelweekly.co.uk. A total of 905 agents completed the survey. Entrants were asked for their agency name and contact details so we were able to verify their identity.
