A Los Angeles travel provider for bands and entertainment clients has been taken over by UK-based TAG.
Travel management company Leeds Enterprises was set up by founder Andy Leeds in 1983 in conjunction with a rehearsal studio, which he began in 1977.
Leeds Rehearsal Studios was the home to many of the biggest artists and tours of the era, including The Jacksons ‘Victory Tour’ and Madonna’s ‘Like a Virgin Tour’.
The cost of the acquisition by travel and event management company TAG was not disclosed.
The combined businesses will trade as TAG Global Touring and will be managed from the firm’s Los Angeles office.
