All Leisure Group chairman Roger Allard aims to shed pounds for charity this month in a bid to raise £10,000. He has pledged to lose 6 kgs by January 28 in support of the Just a Drop Help for Haiti campaign.
“Everyone will be on the New Year healthy eating bandwagon and I saw this as a great opportunity to join them while raising money for such a worthwhile organisation at the same time,” he said
Just Help Haiti, launched by Just a Drop and Allard on behalf of the industry immediately after the earthquake, has raised £155,000 already.
Just A Drop chairman Fiona Jeffery said: “We are over the moon to hear that Roger will be helping Just A Drop at the start of our fundraising year.
