Helen Dooley to leave TTA Worldchoice

Helen Dooley is to leave the consortium TTA Worldchoice to set up her own luxury travel agency.

It is understood TTA Worldchoice has come to an amicable agreement with Dooley, formerly Talbot, who is commercial director for TTA and Worldchoice.

Dooley’s new business will open on March 1 and will retain links with TTA Worldchoice.

Dooley joined Worldchoice in the role of commercial buyer in 2000 and has also held the role of head of sales at the consortium. Previously she worked as a sales development executive for Fred Olsen Cruise Line.

She also sat on the board of the Leading Cruise Agents of the UK (LCA) after Worldchoice struck a deal with the LCA in a bid to beef up the consortium’s share of the cruise market.
