A number of independent high street travel agencies have shut their doors following government advice to limit non-essential movements.
Miles Morgan Travel, Tailor Made Travel and Sutton Travel have introduced a closed-door policy with staff managing customer enquiries via phone and email.
Miles Morgan Travel owner Miles Morgan tweeted a picture of a sign which went up this morning announcing the new measures, adding: “Am I really sending this poster out? Got to do the right thing for staff and customer alike.”
The agency operates 21 shops in the south west.
