JETSET will be at Travel ’99 to promote training courses suitable for those either looking to get jobs in travel or working within the industry without qualifications.
The company offers the International Air Transport Association air-fare ticketing levels one, two and three, and training on the Galileo computer reservations system.
Jetset training executive Gary Wilkie said the majority of those taking its courses are students looking for jobs within the industry.
“But we also train people working for other travel companies that don’t have their own in-house schemes, such as the smaller independent agencies,” said Wilkie.
The IATA courses cost £280 per level and each one lasts a week.
The Galileo course runs for two weeks and costs £250. Courses are held every month and there are nine places on each.
