McEwan to chair WTM Vision conference

Abta chairman and Advantage chief executive John McEwan is to moderate the third annual WTM Vision Conference in London on May 25. and EMEA head of marketing Matthew Walls has been added to the list of speakers at the half day event.

McEwan will chair a review of the UK outbound and inbound sectors with speakers including Wells, Shearings chief executive Denis Wormwell, Tui specialist division managing director Clare Tobin and Royal Caribbean International UK and Ireland managing director Dominic Paul.

The event at the CBI Conference Centre will start with an overview of the global industry with Euromonitor International head of travel and tourism research Caroline Bremner profiling the organisation’s latest research, followed by a session on consumer spending trends.

Delegate fees start at £95+VAT (increasing to £120+VAT from April 9) including a free Euromonitor International report on the travel industry, worth £1,000.

WTM Vision is branching out this year into Europe and the Middle East with similar events tp the in London planned for Milan (April 14) and Dubai (May 3).
