Royal Caribbean sales director Martin MacKinnon is to leave the cruise line in August, with head of key accounts Torey Kings-Hodkin stepping up to lead the UK sales team.
Kings-Hodkin will take on the new role of head of UK sales, reporting directly to Stuart Byron, senior director, UK & Ireland, Spain and the Nordics.
MacKinnon, who joined Royal in April 2019 from Kimberly-Clark, and before that Diageo, is leaving the travel industry to lead the retail business of a global drinks company, Royal Caribbean said.
Torey Kings-Hodkin joined the Royal Caribbean team in February of this year, following 27 years at Thomas Cook. In her new role as head of UK sales, she will continue to manage the team of key account managers and oversee the overall UK sales function, also supported by head of field sales, Karen Tucker and team.
Kings-Hodkin now sits alongside Jennifer Callister and Sergio Arevalo, who hold the roles of head of sales for Ireland and Spain respectively.
