Iberostar Budapest

Iberostar is continuing its stride into the luxury market with its new adults only boutique hotel in Hungary.

The Iberostar Grand Hotel Budapest, which will open its doors during the first half of August, will be the latest property to join the hotelier’s Grand Collection.

The hotel is minutes away from the banks of the Danube River in the historical area of Pest in front of Liberty Square, an area packed with important buildings, including the Hungarian Parliament.

In the words of its marketing team the hotel “blends a classic exterior architecture with a modern interior.”

It has 50 rooms and suites on five floors, each of which is equipped with a mini-bar, coffee and tea pot, pillow menu, 24-hour room service and an iPod docking station.

Luis Herault, chief marketing officer said: “The hotel combines business and wellbeing, gastronomy and has been placed in a spot designed to make it easy to explore the beautiful city of Budapest in a setting of classic luxury and sophistication.”

Grand Hotel Budapest also has a wellness and spa centre with saunas, Jacuzzis, massage halls and Turkish baths.
