Butlin’s is to reopen all three of its resorts on July 24.
The move follows the latest government’s announcement that swimming pools can reopen and live entertainment can go ahead.
Breaks will go ahead at the operator’s Skegness, Minehead and Bognor Regis resorts, with pools available for guests to use and live entertainment included.
There will also be new outdoor stages, and entertainers are gearing up for a summer festival of live music and dance. Butlin’s has also announced an open air circus arena for the whole summer.
In addition, Butlin’s has changed some of its indoor venues into cinema-style theatres to showcase a range of pre-recorded, exclusive entertainment from its most popular acts, including Diversity and X Factor winners Rak-Su, and Paddington.
Butlin’s said that holidaymakers who are booked on a break from July 24 to August 7 will receive an email to confirm information regarding their break, and customers with bookings after August 7 will be contacted in date order.
The company said it had been “working hard behind the scenes to ensure all guests have the best possible time” this summer.
