ACCOMMODATION-ONLY specialist Apartments Abroad has launched its 2000 brochure on CD-Rom and on its Web site to give agents greater flexibility in accessing the product.
The move follows research which indicated that agents no longer only want a brochure to work from.
Managing director Ian Thirlwall said:”The decision to release the brochure on CD-ROM and via the Internet was taken after consultation with a number of agents who saw very real benefits in our programme being available in these formats.
“It will give agents greater flexibility in marketing our accommodation.”
He added that downloading the brochure on the Internet will improve customer presentation at no extra cost to travel agents.
The CD-Rom will be available on request with Windows 95 and 98 software while the Web site – www.apartmentsabroad.com – will enable agents to download part or all the programme.
