Iceland is being added to EasyJet’s network with a new route to Reykjavik from Luton for next summer.
Three flights a week will run from March 27 with fares, which go on sale tomorrow (Thursday), starting at £58.81 return including taxes.
The addition of Iceland means that the budget airline will be serving 30 countries from 2012.
Announcing departures on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, UK director Paul Simmons said: “It is hugely exciting to be able to offer EasyJet flights to Iceland for the very first time. Our new route will not only be attractive for business travellers, but also for those looking for culture-rich city breaks or adventurous travellers looking for unrivalled scenery and activities.”
Holiday packages will be made available through EasyJet Holidays.
