Holiday Extras has added Brexit disruption cover to its travel insurance policies.
Bookings via agents and customers can include the Brexit cover, which protects policy holders from a no-deal Brexit impacting an overseas trip.
It is available as an add-on in both single-trip and annual multi-trip policies, for solo travellers, couples, families and single-parent families.
The Brexit transition period ends at the end of this year, and stalls in negotiations have led commentators to predict a no-deal exit from the European Union is more likely.
Harriet Latimer, insurance account manager lead at Holiday Extras, said: “If Brexit uncertainty is putting anyone off travelling, we can offer a solution. And when combined with our Covid travel cover, we can offer you – or your customers – peace of mind around both of the potential disruptions to trips next year and make sure everyone can be confident booking a holiday for 2021.”
