The first One&Only luxury property in Europe is due to open next spring in Montenegro.
The One&Only Portonovi on the Adriatic coast will have 113 rooms, suites and villas.
The property in Herceg Novi will be 50 minutes from Tivat airport, overlooking the Bay of Kotor.
The resort, set to open on March 21 adjacent to a 238-berth super yacht marina and helipad, features a restaurant overseen by Italian celebrity chef Giorgio Locatelli.
