EasyJet saw a marginal slide in passengers carried last month over January 2011.
The budget airline flew 3.728 million passengers in January 2012, down by 0.4% on the 3.743 million carried a year earlier.
The passenger load factor improved by 0.6 percentage points to 87.7%.
Carryings for the 12 months to January were up by more than 10% to 55.4 million passengers.
