Latin Routes is providing agents with Zoom call access to its travel specialists so they can also engage with clients to help clinch sales.
The ‘Live Present’ initiative allows a suitable time to arrange a video call between the agent and their client to discuss the full itinerary in detail.
The new way of presenting itineraries to trade partners enables staff from the operator to share first-hand knowledge of destinations, accommodation choices and what makes each itinerary special.
The operator now offers calls to every agent enquiry as a complimentary service to support trade partners.

“Any questions they may have can be addressed there and then, ultimately helping the agent to close the sale.
