Ownership of well known Midlands-based independent agency Carrick Travel has changed hands.
Long serving directors Tina Nason and Tracey Carter have acquired the company from founders Mike and Sally Carrick.
The business has built a network of eight offices spanning Coventry, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and the Cotswolds since being established in 1974.
Managing director Nason has been part of the Carrick team for almost 30 years and Carter has spent the last 11 years of her 35-year travel industry career with the agency.
Sally Carrick said: “We are delighted to leave Carrick Travel in the very capable hands of Tina and Tracey, with whom we have enjoyed a close friendship for many years.
“We wish them, and the whole team well, and hope they will continue to enjoy this vibrant and ever-changing industry as much as we have.
“Our well-travelled and dedicated team have played a huge part in our success over the years, and Mike and I are very grateful for this, and confident that they will provide equally great support to Tina and Tracey for years to come”.
Nason said: “Tracey and I are fortunate to have worked with Mike and Sally for many years, and we now intend to ensure that the Carrick name goes from strength to strength in this exciting new era.”
