As many as 135 flights are being added to Greece for summer 2021 by Jet2 and Jet2holidays from across four out of ten UK bases.
Capacity is being raised to Corfu, Kefalonia, Crete (Heraklion), Kos, Santorini, Rhodes and Zante.
The additional services include:
- Birmingham – 60 extra weekly services added to five Greek destinations. This means extra capacity during the peak summer holiday season to Corfu, Kefalonia, Crete, Kos and Rhodes
- Manchester – over 50 additional weekly services introduced across five destinations providing with more choice to Corfu, Kefalonia, Santorini, Zante and Kos.
- Leeds/Bradford – 18 additional services introduced with more choice to Kefalonia and Kos.
- Stansted – Six additional services added to Zante in response to demand.
The expansion to Greece following the introduction of flights and holidays from Bristol airport for next summer which “demonstrates the company’s confidence and underlines its long-term strategy to become the UK’s leading leisure travel business”.
Chief executive Steve Heapy said: “Demand from customers is telling us that flights and holidays to Greece are very much in demand for summer 21.
“As ever, we have responded quickly to that demand by adding more seats and holidays on sale to seven fantastic Greek destinations, and we know that they will be extremely popular.”
