A new travel trade sales representation business has been established in Northern Ireland.
Don Clarke, previously account manager with Stena Line and more recently at Travel Solutions, has set up DCM Sales Representation to provide suppliers with a local sales-focused solution.
He said: “I have taken this step after speaking with a number of UK-based operators to help them develop and be prepared for when the current situation allows travel to reopen.
“Agents will be the first point customers will go to for their holidays and suppliers will need to have a local face to face contact to help secure sales, which I can do.”
He added: “There is a gap in the Northern Ireland market for local knowledgeable sales representation and I can offer suppliers who want to enter this market a cost effective solution.
“I have over 30 years experience working with the Northern Ireland travel trade.
“Any supplier wanting access to the Northern Ireland trade needs to be consistently visible and I will work with such partners to get their brands established.”
