MP Margaret Hodge will appear in a lunchtime question and answer session hosted by PR guru Lynne Franks at the Women 1st Conference next month.
Speakers at the event will include Susan Gambardella, vice present of the global account team for Coca Cola, and Liz Bingham, Ernst & Young’s managing partner and ambassador for diversity and inclusivity.
The conference, being held on June 19 at the London Marriott Hotel, will also include an informal panel session with Robin Rowland, chief executive of YO! Sushi; Andy Woodfield, partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers; and Susan Cully, managing director of Marlin Apartments.
Sharon Glancy, founder of Women 1st, said: “Securing Margaret Hodge MP and Lynne Franks to take part in our lunchtime Q&A is a huge compliment for the Women 1st conference.
“This year’s event offers a packed day of motivational speakers and workshops making it a must-attend event for women working in hospitality, passenger transport, travel and tourism.”
The event will also be an opportunity for those attending to benefit from interactive workshops covering communication skills and networking. The workshops are being hosted by Smarter Networking, Reflexion Associates Ltd and The Impact Coach.
Following the conference, Women 1st will be hosting a gala dinner to announce the winners of its annual Shine Awards and induct new members into its Top 100 Club of influential women.
