ME London has teamed up with Street Art London to create an exhibition throughout the hotel.
The Outside In exhibition, which ends on August 4, consists of work from five international graffiti writers and street artists.
Work by BRK, Christiaan Nagel, Thierry Noir, RUN and Zomby are on canvas and projected on the nine storey marble walls of the hotels 30 metre atrium.
General manager Fabio Gallo said: “The philosophy of ME is to celebrate the diverse culture of each destination the hotel is located in and to support and create exposure for artists and on this particular occasion, quite literally bringing the outside in.”
Street Art London chief executive Richard Howard-Griffin added: “Street art is 21st century London’s pre-eminent artist movement and is gaining increased public and institutional recognition. The scale and ambition of the ‘Outside In’ exhibition is testament to this.”
The exhibition will be followed by ‘A weekend of London Street Art’ offering guests the opportunity to tour some of London’s Street Art followed by practical class in street art.
