Wales-based schools winter sports company Academy of International Sport has collapsed.
The Bridgend-based firm traded as Canadian Rockies Academy, Independent School Skier and The Sports Academy.
The company sold school packages to North America and Europe.
Independent School Skier, catering for independent schools, was an Abta member.
The Civil Aviation Authority said it had ceased trading with immediate effect and more information would be made available later.
